Event Details: •Sunday August 15th at Henley Island, Port Dalhousie (St. Catharines) The event will start & finish at Henley Island •Fully supported routes from 30 KM to 160 KM •Group Start Times: 160km - 8:30am 100km - 9am 30 & 60km -10:30am – 11:30am •A wholesome meal will be provided after the ride (closes at 6pm) Registration: •Registration fee is $35/person before June 30th or $40/person thereafter up to August 15th Registration Fees: (registration fees are non taxable & non refundable) •Cyclists are required to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges & will receive a Heart&Stroke T-shirt •To register by phone, call the Niagara office (905) 938-8800 •To register & fundraise online, go to www.fitforheart.ca, click “Register for a FIT event”, search Pedal 100 & click “Register”
