Kitchener-Waterloo-based singer songwriter, Danny Michel, has a rootsy infectious groove that catches you the moment you hear his songs. His earnest delivery of clever lyrics makes a direct connection with audiences as his impeccable musicianship and spectacularly well-written songs wash audiences in refreshing waves of music. Michel has long been underrated in the Canadian music world and this is a fantastic time to catch him on our intimate stage. His last album, Sunset Sea, was partially recorded in Belize, a country where Danny contributes time, energy and money to a local school through scholarships from the Danny Michel Ocean Academy. He's currently recording a new album there in entirety with the help of local musicians and producers. Michel’s music is earthy, catchy and real; don’t miss this fantastic and engaging artist.
